Ph.D. of Electrical Engineering, Signal Processing
I was born in Ardabil, Iran. I am an assistant professor at University of Mohaghegh Ardabili (UMA). I received my Ph.D in Electrical Engineering (Signal Processing) from Shahid Beheshti University (SBU) in 2017. I also received my B.Sc. and M.sc degrees in Electrical Engineering both from K. N. Toosi University of Technology (KNTU), Tehran, Iran in 2010 and 2012 respectively. From 2011 to 2012 I was a Research Assistant with the Spread Spectrum and Wireless Communication Laboratory of KNTU and I was a member of the Digital Signal Processing (DiSPLaY) group of SBU until 2019. I was also a visiting fellow at Singapore University of Technology and Design (SUTD) from December 2015 to September 2016. My research interests include Signal and Image Processing, Wireless Communication, Machine Learning, Compressive Sensing, Sparse Representation, Linear Inverse Problems, and Convex Optimization.
